End-user License Agreement

1. Introduction and Licence Grant

Little Black Book App Ltd (SC655855) (“we”, “us”, “our” or “Little Black Book”) provides the Little Black Book platform, website, and related services (the “Service”). This End-user License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and us governing your use of the Service.

By using the Service, you accept this EULA. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal or business use in accordance with our Terms & Conditions . You may not sublicense, copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the Service.

2. What We Do

Little Black Book is a beauty and wellness booking and discovery platform. We provide:

  • A directory of businesses (beauty and wellness professionals) with profiles, services, and availability
  • Booking and payment processing for appointments between customers and businesses
  • Customer accounts to save favourites, manage bookings, and leave reviews
  • Business tools: profiles, calendars, client management, business reporting, and automated reminders
  • Prescribes: a subscription service connecting prescribers with qualified businesses

We act as an intermediary. We do not employ businesses or provide treatments. The contract for services is between you and the business.

3. Your Information

Everything about what information we hold, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do about it is in our Privacy Policy , which also sets out your rights and how to exercise them. This agreement deliberately does not repeat it: one account of what we do with your information is easier to keep accurate than two, and where two documents disagree the disagreement is the problem.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Terms & Conditions, which set out who is responsible for what - in particular, that a Business is responsible for the records and consultation forms it keeps about its own clients.

3.1 Using the Service to handle other people's information

If you use the Service to hold information about other people - as a Business does with its clients - you must have a lawful basis for doing so, must not upload information you have no right to hold, and must comply with data protection law in your own right. Section 9 of our Terms & Conditions sets out those obligations in full.

4. If You Use Our iOS App

These terms apply to the Little Black Book app for iOS in addition to everything above. They are required by Apple and apply only to that app.

  • This licence is between you and us alone. Apple is not a party to it.
  • We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the app and its content.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide any support or maintenance for the app.
  • If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation in respect of the app.
  • We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability claims, any claim that it fails to conform to a legal requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or privacy law.
  • We, not Apple, are responsible for investigating and resolving any third-party claim that the app infringes that party's intellectual property rights.
  • You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

5. Updates and Contact

We may update this EULA from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Service with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
