2. What We Do
Little Black Book is a beauty and wellness booking and discovery platform. We provide:
- A directory of practitioners (beauty and wellness professionals) with profiles, services, and availability
- Booking and payment processing for appointments between customers and practitioners
- Customer accounts to save favourites, manage bookings, and leave reviews
- Practitioner tools: profiles, calendars, client management, analytics, and automated reminders
- Prescribes: a subscription service connecting prescribers with qualified practitioners
We act as an intermediary. We do not employ practitioners or provide treatments. The contract for services is between you and the practitioner.
